Return and Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
At Arkivehood, we take quality and hygiene seriously. For this reason, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized / Personalized Products – including limited edition pieces, special size requests, or made-to-order items.
• Used or Altered Apparel – products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Accessories – such as caps, socks, or innerwear, due to hygiene concerns.

We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

• Sale / Discounted Items
• Gift Cards & Vouchers

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
• Sale / discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a fresh order for the new item.

• If the exchange is requested for reasons not related to a mistake on our part (e.g., change in size, style, or preference), a nominal exchange/shipping fee will be charged.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
